How do i place an order

Placing an order at Mars is very easy.  Once you are on the homepage, click the “PLACE ORDER” button on the top right of the page. This will take you to the order placement form. Once here:

STEP 1: Choose Languages and Industry

Simply choose your source and target language(s) from our easy to use order form, choose the industry (Expert Type) in which your project belongs to and move on to the next step!

STEP 2: Upload Your Content

In this step, you can upload the content to be translated. Simply choose the file(s) or enter your text. For supported files please see the details here.

STEP 3: Choose Package

You can choose a “Standard” or “Professional” package according to your requirements. The professional package includes proofreading by a second linguistic.

STEP 4: Review Your Order

Next, you will be taken to a page where you can see the order summary and payment options.

STEP 5: Pay Online Safely

Mars Translation provides various modes of payment. You can pay online via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer,Ali Pay or use prepaid Mars Credits. You can pay via bank transfer at a later stage in the process if order amount is more than USD 1000.

STEP 6: You are done!

After payment, your order has been confirmed and is ready to be claimed by our professional translators.
