Mars Translation can help you extract the texts in a DXF file and convert them into a XML file so that you can import them into Trados for translation. Now, after you have completed your translation task, Mars Translation can also help you restore your translated texts into the DXF file. However, you need to be aware of the following three points at first:
Click here to open the AutoCAD File Converter page of Mars Translation.
Select the tab of Import Word/XML into DWG/DXF, and the correct source dxf file version.
Upload the source DXF file. In order to save time, we provide three file uploading methods.
Mars Code, the 4-digit code e-mailed to you by the system automatically when you use the “Convert DXF to XML online” function of Mars Translation. The system will automatically obtain the source DXF file stored in the Mars Translation server.
Note: The Mars Code must be used before the file indicated in the e-mail is deleted, and cannot be used once it expires.
Click the Local File button to upload the source DXF file stored in your computer.
Input URL to provide the direct link of DXF file, such as:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/5esuiv3kclq08yl/444W4972_A.dxf
Note: You can only choose one from the three methods at a time to upload your dxf file.
Select the input format as XML.
Upload the translated XML file.
Click the Local File button to upload the translated XML file stored in your computer.
Method 2: Input URL to provide the direct link of XML file.
Select the file format needed to be exported.
Leave your e-mail address to the Mars Translation server for handling.
We will send the converted file to you by e-mail, please check it timely.
